Pop on Over

And check out Vhari's post about Logan's playdate (where I stole this picture from).

Universal Studios: Hollywood

Grandma and Grandpa with the 4 grandkids. Going to Universal was a lot of fun. Josh had never been there, so it was fun to do things with him and Logan (never been there) had fun meeting the characters . . . George! Dora! and the Simpsons. Chrissy and Peyton Happy Akasha Jaws Logan especially loved playing in the Curious George water area. He followed Peyton around and had the time of his life.

The Happiest Place on Earth!

I can't believe we went a month ago! For my parent's 30th anniversary they decided to take the whole family to Disneyland, and we sure are glad, because it was a lot of fun. First thing we checked to see if Logan was tall enough for Splash Mountain, but he was definitely too short, so he didn't get to go on a lot of the rides. He did get to go on Matterhorn, which he loved. It was a short line so we told him we could go again. As we were getting back in line he started crying, because he thought we were leaving. Logan has a need for speed. He also loved Gadget's Go Coaster in toontown. He went on it 3 or 4 times. Who knew there was a petting zoo at Disneyland? One of the bonuses of going with my family is they have been to Disneyland a lot and we did things I had never done, especially since I haven't gone with little kids before. The last day we were there was the beginning of the Food and Wine festival. Logan got to be a part of a Jr. Chef experience where they ma

Moving

This is the day Josh and I closed on our townhouse and became official mortgage payers! Little Logan the morning of the move. I had him eat his cereal out of a plastic cup, because I had literally packed everything else. I don't know how we fit all our stuff into that apartment, but somehow it all got packed up and moved in one trip. Having our family there helped so much. Everything went so much faster than I thought it would. Thanks again to all our family that helped. We couldn't have done it without you! Logan and Akasha taking advantage of the boxes. And for fun, our Mother's Day picture.

Almost Back to Normal, But still in Boxes

Since I last posted we went to California and back and moved from our apartment to our townhouse (with so much help from our families!!!).  We are slowly but surely unpacking. I also decided unpacking is much harder than packing. When you pack you just box up everything you own, with unpacking you have to decide where to put everything again.  We had a lot of fun with my family in California. My sister has posted a lot of her pictures, which are darling www.chrissywood.com .  I have  pictures of Disneyland and California, but we don't have internet hooked up yet, so I am only attempting the bare minimum! And I haven't taken any pictures of the townhouse yet, but I will as soon as the boxes aren't dominating the space.
