Well . . . now that it has been a month since their birthday, I guess it is about time to post a few pics! a few decorations . . . My fabulous neighbor Natalie, who is currently doing a giveaway on her blog , made the cupcakes and little birthday cakes. What a lifesaver! It was one less thing I had to worry about and they turned out wonderful. And celebrating with the other side of the family a couple of weeks later! My grandma, the amazing cake decorator, made their cakes for this party!

I had to get a new camera, because my other one died. I need to import pictures, so this stolen one from my sister will have to do for now ;)

The girls turned one a week and a half ago! We are having another party for my side of the family, so I am thinking about posting all the pictures together. Things have been very busy around here, and they are starting to settle down for me, but I am liking the day-to-day stay at home thing a lot lately. The girls gained a lot of weight these past 3 months: 1 year-- Eden: 22lbs 4 oz (70%) 30" (75%) Tessa: 19 lbs 7 oz (25%) 29.5" (55%) Yay! and almost completely transitioned to whole milk, and nursed for the last time the day before their birthday. Kind of a bittersweet thing for me. My babies aren't so-much babies anymore. How can you not love races with learning-to-walk toys and double-crawlers up the stairs and girls who already love to dress up?! And lucky Logan gets to go to preschool 4 mornings a week in the Fall. Is he really that old?
